Upload the specification, pricing schedule, drawings or bill of quantities. We will return an itemised quotation with separate rates for each cleaning stage, re-cleans and ongoing site welfare where they apply.

We attend, walk the site with you, agree the scope and price from what we have actually seen. Best for multi-plot developments, phased programmes and anything with awkward access.
