We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16288329, at 59 Manor Way, Deeping St James, Peterborough PE6 8PX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZC247302.

The information we collect
- Enquiry and quote details you send us: your name, company, phone number, email address, property postcode, the service you need and anything you tell us about the job.
- Customer records if you book with us: address and access arrangements, quotes, job records, invoices and payment records.
- Messages you send by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
- Technical information collected by our website host for security and to keep the site running, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Photographs of work completed, where we have agreed this with you. We do not publish photographs that identify you or your property without your permission.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver cleaning services, schedule staff, invoice and take payment. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To manage health and safety, insurance and complaints. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running the business safely and defending claims.
- To send service updates, and marketing to existing customers about similar services. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with: our website host; the form provider that delivers enquiries to our inbox; our email provider; our accountant and payroll provider; our HR and job scheduling systems; and our insurers or legal advisers where a claim is involved. We also share details with our employed operatives so they can attend your job. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on approved safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Customer and job records are kept for six years after our last work for you, to meet accounting, tax, insurance and limitation requirements. Recruitment records for unsuccessful applicants are kept for six months. Records are deleted or securely destroyed at the end of these periods.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any right, email info@mgexecutivecleaners.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Company systems are password protected, devices are kept up to date, and our staff are told what they may and may not share about customers and their properties.
Cookies
Our website sets only the cookies and local storage needed to remember your cookie choice and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or review widgets in future, they will load only after you accept cookies.
