Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, as standard. For contract work we can also leave dedicated equipment on site where that is preferable. Tell us about allergies, pets, delicate surfaces or site-specific product rules before the visit.
What happens if I am unhappy with the cleaning?
Contact us within 48 hours and explain the issue. We will review it against the agreed scope and arrange a return visit where an included task has not met the agreed standard.
Do you provide cleaning audits and attendance records?
Yes. Commercial contracts can use Clean Manager for logged attendance and completed tasks, supported by documented audits and corrective actions.
