The requirement

MG Executive Cleaners has delivered after-builders cleaning for multiple residential properties in Cambridge while working with Constructa Ltd. Our team completed post-construction cleaning across more than 10 newly built and renovated homes, preparing each property for client handover, viewing or occupation.

Construction and renovation work leaves fine dust, plaster residue, paint marks and other building contamination across a newly completed property. The final cleaning stage therefore needs far more detailed work than ordinary domestic cleaning, and presentation matters: the condition of floors, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and finishes shapes the buyer's or occupier's first impression of the finished home.

Scope of work

• removal of construction dust from all surfaces, including high and low areas
• cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, including sanitary ware, taps and fittings
• internal glazing, frames and sills

Timing matters on multi-plot work. Cleaning too early risks following trades re-soiling a finished property, so we work from the site programme and agree with the site team when each plot is genuinely ready.
