Lenton, Dunkirk and Beeston turn over almost entirely in late June and July, and that month is effectively one long changeover. Student houses need more than a standard clean: heavy kitchen grease, shared bathrooms, bin areas and belongings left behind. Landlords with several properties usually want them done back to back over a few days, and we plan those as a block so drying times and access do not collide. Book early for July; it is the one month we routinely have to turn work away.
City-centre apartments
Apartment blocks bring their own practicalities: concierge or fob access, loading bays with time limits, and lifts that have to be booked. Tell us the building and we will sort access before the day rather than losing an hour on arrival.
Family homes in the suburbs
West Bridgford, Sherwood, Arnold and the surrounding suburbs are mostly regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, often with an oven clean or carpet clean added once or twice a year. We aim to keep the same operatives on a recurring clean, because consistency is the whole point of booking one.
