Carpet cleaning is quoted separately because it needs different equipment and drying time. If your tenancy agreement requires professional carpet cleaning, say so and we will include it.
Can you clean while furniture is still in the property?
We can, but the result is better once the property is empty. If furniture has to stay, tell us in advance so the quote and the checklist reflect it.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable. Month end, bank holidays and student changeover weeks fill first, and we would rather turn a date down than take it and rush.
