How Much Does End of Tenancy Cleaning Cost in Peterborough?
End of tenancy cleaning is normally quoted as a fixed price for the property rather than by the hour. The price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the property, and whether the oven, carpets, internal windows and appliances are included. Ask for the price against a written checklist, because two quotes for the same house can cover very different work.
What drives the price
- Size: bedrooms and bathrooms are the main factor, because bathrooms and kitchens take the longest.
- Condition: a well-kept flat costs less than one that has not been cleaned for months.
