Booked this team for an end of tenancy clean and couldn't be happier. They turned up right on time and were professional and friendly from start to finish. The place was left absolutely spotless. Every detail was taken care of, from the oven to the skirting boards, and it looked better than when I moved in. On top of all that, the price was really fair for the amount of work they put in. Whilst i initially appreciated the communications and efforts that I and Meliser had (who is essentially the mediator between clients and MG cleaners), the cleaners caused damage in my home and only took partial responsibility which was highly infuriating I paid £170 for a deep clean whilst I was away from home and when I got back they had missed areas like my kitchen sink, my bath tub, black mould that had accumulated on my bedroom windowsill and the skirting of the shower as well as other areas. They also failed to clean behind my indoor bins, Chester drawers, my sofa that had a lot of cat hair. The Cleaner didn’t even move the washing up powder box on the floor to clean underneath it…. Meliser arranged for another cleaner to come back to complete the job but in turn they caused even more damage which resulted in me having to sort a handyman to replace all the wheels on my shower door. My sliding door wardrobe had also come off the rails. The clothes bar that holds up my clothes had falling down and my clothes were on the base of my wardrobe. MG executive took responsibility for the former but denied the latter This caused me a huge amount of stress and irrespective of their glowing online reviews, this is the first time ever I have hired cleaners that have caused damage to my home. I’m genuinely astonished how they have so many positive reviews and now I’m questioning whether some of these reviews are incentivised. I would not recommend MG executives and would strongly advise anyone reading this avoid this company at all costs

Contacted MG Executive cleaners for deep cleaning of my new apartment. They were very good with communication right from the start. The cleaning was well done. It looked so spick and span . MG Executive Cleaners did a great job cleaning my oven, it was in quite a state and they've made it look new 😍 They were really nice and friendly as well, from booking to cleaning ☺️ I'll definitely be using them again!
